    I live the rest January idea. AND I had NO idea that the Parmesan Garlic was a salt free seasoning WIN!!!

    I did the pantry clean out. Prepped some Magic Chicken (that is what is going on a big salad tonight for me for dinner). Grocery list made for healthy habits meals. Ready to get into better eating habits for 2026. I think each month may become a ‘reset’ month for me.
