Fall is officially starting to show up around here—and I’m here for it!

Cooler mornings, cozy flavors, football weekends, back-to-school routines and, of course, all the delicious things that make this time of year feel a little extra special.

So let’s celebrate with a little chai, a simple fall kitchen hack, and a peek at what has been happening in Cathy’s Kitchen!

Welcome to this week’s 3 Bites from Cathy’s Kitchen!

☕ Cathy’s Pantry Pick: Oh My Chai!

Did you know Monday was National Chai Day?

Well, I’m declaring that one day simply isn’t enough. 😂

Let’s celebrate ALL WEEK LONG!

Oh My Chai isn’t just for making a cozy cup of chai. There are SO many ways to mix it up!

☕ Make a classic chai latte

🥃 Try a Dirty Chai with a shot of espresso

🥧 Turn it into a delicious Chai Pie

🥨 Mix up a sweet-and-spicy Chai Snack Mix

And that’s just the beginning!

It’s one of those products that makes me think:

“Wait…what else can I do with this?”

And you KNOW that’s my favorite kind of kitchen product!

💡 Kitchen Hack of the Week: Cook Once, Fall Twice

Fall calendars have a funny way of filling up FAST.

So here’s one of my favorite fall kitchen hacks:

When you’re cooking something cozy, make extra!

Making chili? Double it.

Roasting chicken? Make extra for tomorrow’s lunch.

Baking muffins? Freeze a batch.

Making soup? Put some away for a busy night.

You’re already in the kitchen, so give Future You a little gift.

Because when October gets crazy and you have sports + dance + scouts + work + ALL THE THINGS, pulling a homemade meal out of the freezer feels pretty darn good.

Cook once. Enjoy twice. Your future self will thank you. ❤️

❤️ What’s Happening in Cathy’s Kitchen

This past weekend was one of those weekends where I was technically working my business

but honestly?

It didn’t feel like work.

I had the chance to be part of a Back-to-School event, celebrate a college alumni weekend at Nazareth University, AND spend time with a good friend at a tasting party where we discovered our kitchen personalities.

Three very different events.

One common theme:

CONNECTION. ❤️

I got to meet people, talk food, share ideas, laugh, introduce people to new products, reconnect with old friends and make some new connections along the way.

And that is exactly why I love what I do.

Yes, I love the food.

Yes, I love finding new ways to use products.

Yes, I love helping people figure out what’s for dinner.

But what really makes Cathy’s Kitchen special for me is the people sitting around the table.

A “working” weekend that leaves you feeling energized instead of exhausted?

I’ll take that any day.

And if you’d like to experience a little Cathy’s Kitchen connection for yourself—whether that’s a tasting, a class, a meal prep event, or just finding some new kitchen inspiration—I’d love to have you join me.

Because good food is great…

but good food shared with good people is even better. ❤️
