Meal Madness Magic + Back to Reality ✨
Coming home from vacation is always a mix of emotions…
Laundry, schedules, real life… and the dreaded question:
👉 “What’s for dinner?”
But this time? It felt different.
Because of everything I put into place during Meal Madness in March, I came home feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed.
And let me tell you… that is a game changer.
Because as always… good food is meant to be shared.
🧄 Favorite TS Product This Week: Meal Magic Meal Kit ✨
If there’s one thing I am leaning into as we head into this next season, it’s keeping that Meal Madness momentum going.
And that’s exactly why I’m so excited about the next Meal Prep Session on 4/26 using
👉 Meal Magic Meal Kit

What I am loving is…
✔️ Cook once, get 5 Meals
✔️ Ingredients are SIMPLE
✔️ and I’m not starting from scratch every night
And honestly? After coming back from vacation… I’m so grateful I already have a plan.
PS -> Want to be included in the Meal Prep on 4/26? Comment MEAL and I will save your spot!
🍽️ Quick Tip: Love Your Leftovers (Don’t Repeat Them!) ♻️
Confession: I HATE Leftovers… eating the same exact meal again the next day? Not always exciting.
But here’s my trick:
👉 Don’t repeat the meal — reinvent it.
A few easy ways to do that:
- Leftover ham or chicken → wraps, sliders, or flatbread
- Roasted veggies → toss into pasta or a grain bowl
- Extra protein → top a salad or make a quick quesadilla
It’s not about cooking more —it’s about using what you already have in a new way.
Especially after things like holidays or hosting, this keeps:
✔️ food from going to waste (my Perfectly Potato Soup on Wednesday is getting a HAM Leftover upgrade!)
✔️ meals feeling fresh (not the same thing over and over!)
✔️ and your week SO much easier
Because sometimes the easiest dinner…is the one that’s already halfway made 😉
💬 Fun Moment from Cathy’s Kitchen 🐣
Okay, I have to share this because it made me smile so big…
The day after we got back from vacation, I hosted our Easter dinner — and I made everyone’s favorites.

And the best part?
👉 I used Tastefully Simple in almost every dish.
Gary -> Ham with Bayou Bourbon Sauce
PJ -> Mac & Cheese with Onion Onion
Isaac-> Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic Basil Avocado Oil
Evelyn-> Fruit Pizza with Peach Dip Mix
What could have felt stressful… didn’t.
Because:
- the recipes were simple
- the flavors were already there
- and I wasn’t overthinking everything
Instead, I got to focus on what actually mattered:
✨ being together
✨ sharing a meal
✨ and enjoying the moment
And that’s what it’s all about.
