When we’re juggling school drop-offs, sports practices, and staff meetings, I use the Fast Family Faves to build a mix-and-match meal plan. I prep 2-3 proteins (like ground beef, chicken, or sausage), then rotate the seasonings and sauces from the kit to make different meals all week.
Example:

First Day Feels – All Around
All the feels, am I right? How did you celebrate the first day back to school? We always do a first day of school interview instead of photo shoot. I love when they come up in my memories and I get to HEAR their sweet little voices. And then when I show them these old interviews, they of course tell me how “cringey” they were! But there’s just something special about capturing those unique moments in time, isn’t there? Here’s to learning, growing, and keeping dinner simple in the process!
